We are only one month into the new year, yet the pattern is already unmistakable: the demand for the kind of home‑based dog care we offer is accelerating. Not as a spike, not as a trend, but as a steady, organic movement carried by word of mouth, lived experiences, and genuine trust.
Warmcare now has four established host families: two in Bergen, one in Arendal, and one in Ski. These families live the philosophy in practice — warm homes, calm rhythm, presence, and safety for dogs who need more than a stay. They form the core of what we are building: a network of homes, not a system of rooms.
At the same time, we are in conversation with more than 20 potential host families, both in Norway and abroad. This is a strong signal that our model meets a need that has long been underserved: a place where dogs can settle, not just be kept. A place where care is a rhythm, not a routine.
This is what drives the growth. Not marketing. Not noise. But warmth.
